Credit Rating
‘The CRISIL Ratings Limited (“CRISIL Ratings”) vide its letter dated 22nd February, 2022 has issued the long term credit rating as CRISIL A+/Stable (pronounced CRISIL A Plus) for the Term loan – Long term & Fund Based – LT- Working capital limits. CRISIL Ratings has also issued Short-term rating as CRISIL A1 (pronounced CRISIL A One) of Non-fund based facility issued to the Company. The Outlook on Long Term Rating & Short Term Rating is Stable
Speaker Registration
Members of the Company who would like to speak or express their views or ask questions during the AGM may register themselves as a speaker by sending their request from their registered email address mentioning their name, DP ID and Client ID / folio number and mobile number, to reach the Company’s email address investorrelations@aisglass.com . Those Members who have registered themselves as a speaker will only be allowed to speak / express their views / ask questions during the AGM. The Company reserves the right to restrict the number of speakers depending on the availability of time at the AGM.
Updating Bank Details
Members are requested to intimate change, if any, in their address (with PIN Code), E‑mail ID, nominations, bank details, mandate instructions, National Electronic Clearing Service (“NECS”) mandates, etc. under the signature of the registered holder(s) to The Link Intime Private Ltd., Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (“RTA”) of the Company (email ID rnt.helpdesk@linkintime.co.in) ; and their respective Depository Participants.
