‘The CARE Ratings Limited (“CARE Ratings”) vide its letter dated August 16, 2018 has revised the long term credit rating to CARE A (pronounced CARE Single A) from CARE A- (pronounced CARE Single A Minus) of the Term loan – Long term & Fund Based – LT- Working capital limits. CARE Ratings has also revised Short-term rating as CARE A1 (pronounced CARE A One) from CARE A2 (pronounced as CARE A Two) of Non-fund based facility issued to the Company. Those Members who have registered themselves as a speaker will only be allowed to speak / express their views / ask questions during the AGM.
